Pictures here from the scene in Perth's Kinnoull Street as crews attended a small kitchen fire in a 3rd floor flat. Three Perth appliances turned out at 10pm, and the small fire was extinguished by 10.20 with the street sealed off at the scene for a short time with other flats in the block also evacuated.
